An Affair

This is what I wore during the opening of Miss Sixty and Energie at Alabang Town Center, CLICK HERE to see my blog post about it.

If you have observed the local films lately, particularly the romantic ones... I believe it is all about having an affair and we have "No Other Woman" to thank or shall I say Anne Curtis herself, probably because she has given a new meaning or impression to mistresses, they are now somehow characterized as more classy than a couple of years back when they were treated like prostitutes.

With that as my inspiration I came up with this one... just a hint of red to justify love yet matched with gray and brown to give a sense of filth and impurity and the aviator? Well we all know affairs would often be as dark as secrets.

I think I need to get out more often, I'm not aware I'm this white already.

Gray Long-sleeves Button Down Shirt (Viktor), Brown Sweater (Gap), Maroon Full Length Pants (Topman), Brown Boots (Andre Chang for Folded and Hung), Dog Chain (Thrifted), Brown Bracelet (Topman), Connector Ring (Bring Rings), Time Keeper (Rolex), Red Belt (SM Accessories) and Aviator (Ray Ban).

This is what I always look forward to with the whole Yuletide Season... Christmas lights everywhere!!!

Thanks to my friend Jay for always supporting me with these stuff! :)

An advance Seasons Greetings to everyone! I'm sorry I'm just very very excited and happy that it's near.

Cracks of Dawn

Sleeveless Gray Top (Oxygen), Dog-tags (Thrifted), Over-length Slim Black Belt (Oxygen), Studded Bracelet (Chemistry), Connector Rings (Bring Rings), Time Keeper (Ipod Nano), Gray Full-length Pants (Memo), Checkered Socks (SM Accessories), Black Military Boots (Fred Perry).

Philippine Fashion Week. It is the much awaited event of every fashionista in the country, other than it gives you a full preview of what brands and designers will be putting up for the next season, it is also an affair where fashion enthusiasts can dress up in their most outrageous and creative outfits without getting judged.

This is what I wore during the 4th Day of the said week where I get to watch one of my favorite brands, OXYGEN. I have loved the brand ever since, no more explanations.

It is the time of the year wherein we experience intense heat and so I decided to wear sleeveless top though I know how cold the venue is, then I accessorized it with metals to give it a futuristic look topped with an Ipod Nano served as my watch, see? Those gadgets can supply you an added edge to your everyday outfit just remember to ensure your safety because when you do put them on display, you don't want it to be the reason of any harm for you.

There you go, I hope you guys would share me your thoughts on this.

Time and Time

Denim top (Esprit), Gray Long-sleeves Shirt (OXYGEN), Maroon Full-length Pants (Topman), Shoes (Topman), Bone Bracelet (OS Accessories), Rings (Bring Rings), Time Keeper (Rolex).

If you have been keeping track of my looks, you will definitely recognize that I like to wear same clothes and shoes every now and then and just incorporate it with the new ones that I got.

Yes, just like most people, I, too have limits on wardrobe and it's actually an upside for me because it pushes my creativity on  how to mix and match so that I can have a different look yet using the same clothes, it gives me the virtue of being thrifty and economical.

I am by far more empowered to this idea, by the way, when Laureen Uy tweeted that repeating clothes is ok as long as you style them differently.

So there you go! What do you think guys? Share your mix and match to me as well! I love seeing how people can be so creative.

Parting From Party

Black Bow tie (SM Accessories), Black Blazer (Insight bought at Center of Gravity, Forbes Town Center), Blue Printed Button-down Shirt (Zara), Denims (Energie jeans), Black Leather Shoes (Bradford), Time keeper (Rolex) and Rings (Bring Rings).

Those shoes of mine is my secret why I am so tall lately, I wore them during our Baccalaureate Mass, Sampaguita Interlude (CEU Tradition), Graduation and Smart Nokia Lumia Afterparty, they're 3 inches so basically I am almost 6 feet when I wear 'em.

I don't see this as fooling other people, it's just a part of confidence boost (not that I need more lol). I say if it makes us look ourselves better then might as well go for it as long as we're not hurting anyone nor violating any rule... This goes the same as my view for plastic surgery, it would be awesome if my readers will back me up on this! lol!

anyways tell me what you think about my look!
Feel free to Hype it up on Lookbook!

Special thanks to: Jay Michelle Pineda for the editing!

Bring Rings

Photographed by: Vergil Lloyd U. Chua

I am a person who seldom wears accessories. Usually you can see me wearing clothes that somehow you can call "conventional". I am fond of wearing unusually cut, edged, tailored clothes. Well more on that when I am actually blogging about it.

Carlos Concepcion has trully revolutionized my view on fashion (well somehow). I get really inspired on his way of styling and so I opened his blog and found one of his posts about Rings, Ink and Skin and there I found Bin Ubaldo's Bring Rings.

I got fascinated how the rings looked so conventional (so me, lol), so I decided to look for it on facebook and luckily I get to find it in an instant and put a wall post, days later I purchased three rings which are seen in the pictures above. I just love the rings. Most of the rings are caterred for women but they are starting to cater for men as well. I am looking forward to see the next batch of rings. Oh and I want to thank Bin Ubaldo and Dea Ubaldo for being so accomodating. :)
