GIORDANO: Denims and Oceans

D E N I M S

True enough that denim both jackets and jeans has marked its way to history. From the casual worker to high profiled personalities I believe everyone owns a pair of denim jeans probably because it is one of the most versatile apparel that we can use from any season of any day.

Giordano is paving way to the classics of denim fabrics as they cater it in three styles: Chambray Shirts (1,799 to 1,899 php), Denim Jackets (2,399 to 2,499 php) and Essential Jeans: Audrey cut for the ladies and tapered for men (1,499 to 1,799 php).

Salute the Ocean

The marine life is in constant threat as the vast spreading of pollution continues and with our little help, if together we will collectively act to eradicate this predicament there is still hope to save it for our generation and for the generation of our future kids.

I can personally say that I am an environmentalist, doing my own part in the society by putting my own trash in proper disposals and by encouraging other people to become part of the same advocacy. I am happy too that a lot of municipals from our nation has put into law the campaign "walang plastikan" which puts effort on at least minimizing the use of plastic bags and the campaign for selective smoking areas as well.

And now as a fraction of my advocacy in saving our planet I am encouraging you guys to save some money and purchase Giordano shirts that costs 699php and 899php each only with the following designs and prints:
All for one and one for all. Show your salutations alongside the creatures from the deep blue sea with the women's slim fit shirts.
Eyes on saving the planet. Make an eye-popping statement with this walrus men's shirt.
March for the penguins. Put your hands together for these happy feet creatures on Giordano's women's ball shirts.

"For every Salute the Ocean tee sold, Giordano will donate part of its sales to the University of the Philippines Marine Biological Society to help fund the 2012 International Coastal Clean-up in Puerto Galera on September 15 and 16," said Beatrice Lim, Giordano business development officer.

There you have it! Please buy now!

Globe x Blackberry Karaoke Night

An event that is perfect for my smartphone as I am using Blackberry and Globe as my network. With the lifestyle of a multitasking young individual like myself it is very conducive to be using Blackberry and since most of my circle is a globe subscriber I have decided to be one as well.

Robi Domingo, Bianca Roque, Teolo Reyes (Marketing Manager, Globe Telecom), Chino Lui Pio, Cameron Vernest (Country Director, Philippines, Research In Motion) at the BlackBerry and Globe Music and Exclusives Media Briefing

There were a lot of media people and bloggers at CenterStage Makati where the event was held for the new market of the New Curve. In this event, everyone is encouraged to participate in the karaoke part of the night where we were given numbers as we registered earlier, little do we know that the number corresponds to the groupings for the activity. I was part of group one although I went to them late since I wasn't done eating. lol!

The beauty of this event is the fact that everyone doesn't know each other that very well but seems like each group has shown unity, regardless of the fact of unfamilarity with each other still managed to present each songs with creativity (like with choreography!). We were singing songs from Madonna, Imago, Coldplay, Katy Perry and artists that Globe together with Blackberry is marketing. It was definitely a fun night!

I am supposed to blog more about Blackberry and Globe but then again who doesn't know about Blackberry's efficient programs like BBM and its twitter, facebook and a lot more that keeps us social and updated within the touch of our fingertips? Not to mention Globe's continual support to the fun lifestyle of our generation in terms of connections and music? By the way I know Globe has bigger plans with their Blackberry users so guys please keep in touch!

P.S. I got a pic with Bianca when I sang! A.W.E.S.O.M.E.!
and thanks to Megann Monday for inviting me here!

Let Me Fall

Beige Bonnet (Korean brand), Eye Framer (Landmark), Black Scarf (Oxygen), Printed Shirt (Oxygen), Black Cross Necklace (Topman), Bracelets (thrifted), White Watch (Tomato), Full Length Pants (Energie) and Brown Boots (Forever 21).

This is the one I am wearing in these posts:

and that is because my friend Maureen asked me to dress up in my fall appropriate outfit for her project... yes I know I won't survive fall's chills if I actually wear this but you guys must understand that it was so hot that day. lol!

But somehow I hope there's fall in the Philippines also winter but please keep the temperature to 16 degrees Celsius... like the ones our AC's would have as the lowest... or it would be selfish since I only like it so we can wear winter clothes and not thinking about those who couldn't afford those thick clothing... hmmm... ok so I'm going to be contented with the kind of weather we have... I just hope it will not get hotter.

Feel free to comment!

GIORDANO Outlet at South

Giordano is one of the leading brands when it comes to basic wear and has expanded its 50 branches throughout the country as it has recently opened at Lucky China Town Mall, Binondo.

But I will not be featuring Lucky China Town's but its recently opened branch here at the South... at Paseo Greenfields Sta. Rosa, Laguna to be exact (it's really near Nuvali if you guys doesn't know where it is). It opened last June carrying all TFB Incorporated brands on sale such as: Giordano, Giordano Ladies, Concepts One and BSX (sister company of Giordano).

As of the moment, let me share to you what they've got:

Spotted my co-blogger already shopping!
Angela Nepomuceno (www.lushangel.com)

Angel Nepomuceno, Mr. Noel Villanueva and me.

Giordano may not be as cheap as the other brands but they're worth it and now that they've got an outlet store in the south, people like me can have their goods for a price as good as its mid-year or year-ender sale but in all year round!

By the way, Paseo Greenfields is a good place to hang and shop and I was even told by Mr. Noel of Giordano that during the night, people would go their and have a couple of drinks plus it's near Nuvali so if you'll be around the place please do not forget to stop by Giordano Outlet.

Thank you Agatep together with Mr. Noel for a great time!

Do not forget to follow Giordano on twitter for more information and updates:
