Villa Del Conte: Cioccolato Sublime

By now you guys might have already know that beyond the fact that I love fashion, events and traveling is the undoubted truth that I LOVE food and above all the parts of a meal I have a sweet tooth that is ready to munch on desserts.

When other brands caters truffles, Belgian or other medium for creating chocolates, Villa del Conte gives us chocolates that are made from premium quality Cacao Beans that creates there very delicious artisanal chocolates. Without any bias I can say that it is by far one of the best chocolates I have tasted! It was not too sweet nor was it too bitter... It was the perfect mix of both.

The reason why they have Villa Del Conte as their branding name is because their chocolates literally came from there, Villa Del Conte in Padova, Italy. Yes, with these chocolates you can taste Italy authentically.

Once again, the beauty of customization has enticed me. Villa del Conte has 24+ flavors you can choose from but if you desire something more then all you have to do is to ask them and they can surely assist you on your request.

Not only can you play on flavors of different fruit extracts but you can also choose whatever filling you might be interested of whether they are fruits, nuts, another chocolate or even an alcoholic delight!

Upon your customization, you may also give them ideas on how you wanted them to be presented to whoever.

They have served and satisfied A LOT of notable people and companies in our society, but then again I am not sure that I can put it here so to play safe I just won't but believe me on this ok?

Please do not forget to have 2-3 weeks grace period upon delivering your chocolates but the owner said that you may have your desired delivered chocolate immediately depending on how intricate the design is. 

Now let me show you a sample of what is inside those sinfully sweet wrappers.

Well then I'll show you how their store looks like and I tell you it really gives that Italian vibe going on.

Marta's Cakes

Food is an international language that is well understood by many and it is probably because our taste buds has the most discriminative standards that is if once satisfied... it can bring us to a whole pleasurable sensation and through it we can convey messages such as emotions, moods and even history and background.

Most people would skip desserts because of health issues or sometimes just to control oneself to indulge into those sinful calorie-packed yet heavenly sweets, but I say we should live to the fullest and by that I mean somehow we should still be able to taste what we crave for but probably under moderation if some circumstances are at stake.

Now, to what has started as a home business to a retail pastry store that offers you only the best comes Marta's Cakes. This is actually the first time that I get to encounter them despite that they actually have a store here at the south which is located at Alabang Town Center where I usually go so often.

What makes Marta's Cake different from other pastry shop is their very colorful and happy ambiance that will truly remind you of those childhood days when you crave to have gone inside a house full of candies another is their very unique yet delicious cakes,  cupcakes and cookies that are decorated at its finest with fully edible toppers (will show you pictures of them as we go on) and lastly, the beauty of customization, yes you can customize your cakes, cupcakes and cookies here! You may either want to do it yourself if you have the skill or you may just let them know what you specifically want and they will do it for you in a matter of just days! No need to wait for that months of long period if you want to have that very exquisite decorated cake for your big event/s.

Isabel is the Operations Manager (means she gets to do most of the work here), and I say I have learned so much about the background of this store from its humble beginnings up to their day-to-day dilemma and finally meeting up to their means for success.

I can say that I am a food aficionado, I like eating a lot but more than it I like cooking and one of the things I learned from Isabel is that if you cook good, chances are you bake bad and vice versa. I must admit that I was sad when she told me that, baking is something I really want to do too although she quickly said that practice also makes perfect especially if you are very passionate about it (Hope for me, yey!).

Yes they have updated toppers such as that of Pants vs Zombies and Angry Birds lol!

They got some creepy designs too and I say they do it pretty good with all those details just like this dinosaur.

Their Velvet Cupcake is Angel's favorite, she says it's the best velvet cupcake she has ever tasted. I say I'll have it as soon as I get to drop by at Town.

If you'll do the activity inside their store you may get these icing bottles but if you'll have them delivered at your respective venues then no worries because they will provide you the kits with different colored icings.
